t-0002: Use link within the CFDE interface to access original data source

User Task Description

A user should be able to click a link associated with a file, biosample, or project in the CFDE portal and be sent to the web resource associated with the object in the correct Common Fund project portal. In cases of protected access information, the destination may be restricted access and not available to all users.
